Such services are generally separate from any investment management and/or financial planning services that JRBA may render to a client, and the exact scope of such estate planning services will depend on the nature of a client’s specific estate planning needs. As a condition of utilizing Wealth, clients must agree to the terms and conditions available at wealth.com. JRBA currently pays for client access to Wealth. For the avoidance of doubt, neither JRBA or Wealth render legal advice or services. Wealth offers the ability to consult with licensed attorneys in various jurisdictions at an additional charge, and subject to additional terms and conditions.
